OverSight Web application integrates GPS data with reservation data to track vehicles and enable dispatchers to make more informed decisions based on vehicle location, pickup location, and times and dates when handling reservations. Dispatchers can see which vehicles are available and which have customers, they can see what vehicle is closest and as long as it’s free they can dispatch it, saving time, money, and gas as a result.
OverSight also documents where drivers have been. You can see where the vehicles are in the GPS history and the reports and what it’s displaying on the map in front of the dispatcher.
